Yes. Upswing has an entire team devoted to tutor management. Their responsibilities are to monitor Upswing tutors’ session performance so they are constantly reviewing session feedback from both students and tutors.
Yes. We have ASL tutors and tutors who are specifically trained to work with visually impaired students.
Yes. Students can access and complete tutoring sessions on their tablets or mobile devices.
Upswing tutors are required to have their videos on for the entirety of the tutoring session, which helps the student to see and connect with their tutor. Additionally, our tutors are trained to help each student with their particular tutoring needs or requests, which makes all sessions feel personal and supportive.
