Why did Panola choose Upswing?

Panola College first partnered with Upswing during the pandemic to help with online tutoring. They also chose to use Ana to send their students information about important dates, deadlines, and resources. Their ultimate goal was to improve retention.

Each Upswing partner is assigned a Higher Education Retention Officer (HERO) to support their success and provide assistance whenever needed. Panola’s HERO is Eva Chavez. Eva has been working at Upswing for 2 years.
