Yes. Advisors are able to see Early Alerts for any students that are assigned to them. They can also create and view notes from previous sessions.
Advisors and admins can both view Early Alerts. Within each alert, there is the ability to add notes about the student. These notes can also be viewed by both advisors and admins.
Advisors, admins, tutors, and students can all utilize instant messaging within the Upswing platform to communicate with each other. This is helpful to send any messages before or after appointments or advising sessions.

Admins can set any alert and customize the name of the alert, the description, associated tags, the priority level, and notification preferences.
